Our Mission & Goals

The EXPOSED Wildlife Conservancy is dedicated to raising awareness of critical wildlife and conservation issues in Canada. We are exposing current wildlife management practices lacking in scientific basis, ethics and/or social acceptability while providing solutions based in science, fact, and ethics to better reflect modern perspectives on how wildlife should be conserved, protected, and enjoyed for generations to come.
"We want to help give our wildlife a voice to achieve change in management practices and regulations, particularly for the hunting and trapping of predators."

Make Killing Neck Snares Illegal

A complete ban on the use of snares for commercial trapping, as well as a modern, ethical, science based update to all trapping regulations for fur-bearing mammals, particularly large apex predators like wolves, lynx, bobcats and wolverines.

Restrict Carnivore Sport Hunting

A complete ban on sport hunting of large carnivores with dogs, as well as a modern, ethical, science based update to all hunting regulations for large carnivores, particularly large apex predators like wolves, lynx, bobcats, cougars, grizzly bears and wolverines.

Protect Our Wild Places

Continuing to educate and expose our audience to the beauty of our wild places and our wildlife to give a better understanding of why we must protect them and why wildlife habitat connectivity is of critical importance to the ongoing, long-term health of our most fragile wildlife populations.

Ban Wildlife Killing Contests

A complete ban on all wildlife killing contests and updated government legislation across the country that makes these contests illegal.
