Donate In Support of Cougars

9.2

Your donation today ensures that cougars and the ecosystems they live in are protected today, tomorrow, and for generations to come. Funds made in support of cougars go towards cougar-focused coexistence, education, and outreach efforts as well as the development of cougar education curriculum for youth. These efforts are designed to increase our understanding and awareness of cougars while decreasing the likelihood of cougar human/livestock conflicts from occurring. In turn, your help donation today will help save cougar lives tomorrow. Help be a part of the solution to cougar coexistence by making a one-time donation or monthly donor today.

Trail cameras gather the necessary information to ensure that our educational, outreach and reference materials are based on science and facts. Setting up an extensive trail camera network will track cougar movements to identify where cougars are most prevalent and which cougar behaviours are essential to educate the public on. By sponsoring a trail camera, you are enabling research that provides insight into wildlife populations and behaviours.

Please note that we are currently in the process of obtaining charitable status. As a result, we are unable to issue tax receipts at this time. We are grateful for your continued support while we continue to work toward gaining charitable status.

Share Your Cougar Experiences, Images & Footage

9.5

Cougars are a misunderstood species. Sharing real-life stories, experiences and video footage about cougars is essential to dispelling myths and misconceptions. We welcome experiences, images, and video footage (trail camera videos or otherwise) of cougars to share in our educational programs and our outreach and communication efforts. Credit will also be given to the photographer, videographer, and storyteller unless you designate otherwise.

To submit a story, photo, or video, send us an email at submissions@exposedwc.org. If your file is larger than what your email host will allow, try a cloud service like WeTransfer or Google Drive.
